Step-by-Step Guide: Document Attestation for MOH Kuwait

✅ For: BSc Nursing |Post RN BSN | Diploma Nurses| Midwifery

🧾 Step 1: Prepare Required Documents (Nursing Staff)

🎓 Academic & Professional:

• Matric Certificate (Science)

• Matric Marksheet

• FSc Certificate (Pre-Medical) – if applicable

• FSc Marksheet

• General Nursing Diploma (3 Years)

• All 3 years Marksheets

• Midwifery / Specialized Diplomas (ICU, Pediatrics, etc.)

• Midwifery / Specialized Marksheet

• Post RN / BScN / Generic BScN Degree (if applicable)

• Transcript / DMCs for all years

• Nursing Registration Certificate – PNC

• Experience Certificates (see conditions below)

• Police Clearance Certificate
  

🪪 Identity & Other:

• CNIC

• Passport (valid)

• Passport-size photographs

• COVID-19 vaccination certificate (if required)
  

🏥 Step 2: Attestation from Relevant Health Authorities (Nursing Only)

🔹 For Diploma Nursing Staff:

These must be attested in the following order:

1. District Health Officer (DHO)

   • Attest experience certificates and service records

   • Only government-issued or DHO-verified experience is valid

2. Director General Nursing (DGN)

   • Attests General Nursing & Midwifery Diplomas

   • Issues final verification letter for attestation

3. Nursing & HR Services (NHRS) (if applicable)

   • Some provinces require forwarding through NHRS offices, especially for government staff
     

🔄 Sequence:
Experience Letter → Verified by DHO → Forwarded to DGN → Final DGN Verification → Attestation by HEC/MOFA.

🎓 Step 3: University Degree Holders (BScN / Post-RN)

For BScN/Post RN Nurses:

• Degree Attestation Process:

  • Attest from University (Controller of Exams)

  • Then HEC for degree & transcript

  • Then MOFA
    

• Experience Note (VERY IMPORTANT):

  ✅ Only post-degree experience is acceptable for equivalency
  ❌ Experience during studies or ongoing/current job experience is not acceptable
  ✅ Must be dated after degree issuance and before application submission
  ✅ Experience should be signed, stamped, dated, and include designation & duties
  

🏛️ Step 4: HEC/IBCC Attestation (if applicable)

• Diploma Holders: No HEC required, but DGN is compulsory

• Degree Holders: HEC attestation is mandatory for degrees

Also, attest:

• Matric/FSc → through IBCC

• University Degrees → through HEC
  

🏛️ Step 5: MOFA Attestation

All previously attested documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Pakistan.

• Book an appointment via: MOFA Portal

• Submit originals and photocopies

• Essential for Embassy and Kuwait recognition
  

Step 6: Kuwait Embassy Attestation in Pakistan

Submit the following:

• MOFA-attested documents

• Valid Passport Copy

• CNIC Copy

• Arabic Translations (if required)

💡 Documents may be submitted directly or through an authorized agent.

📌 Important Notes (Must Read):

✅ For Diploma Holders:

• Attestation from DHO → DGN → MOFA is mandatory

• PNC Registration must be valid

• Experience must be government verified or from registered hospitals
  

✅ For Degree Holders:

• Only post-degree experience is accepted

• Current/ongoing job experience letters are not accepted
  

🚫 Documents Not Accepted:

• Experience from private clinics without stamps or DHO verification

• Provisional degrees or unverified certificates
