· Completed Matric with Science (or Arts recognized by HEC)
· 3-year Diploma in General Nursing + 1-year Midwifery or Post‑Basic Specialty (for males)
· Registered with PNC and at least 1 year of RN experience post-diploma
Step 2: Apply for Equivalence Through HEC’s Online Portal
You'll need to apply for HEC equivalency using their Degree Equivalence System:
1. Visit the FDE (Foreign/Local Degree Equivalence) portal hec.gov.pk
2. Register/log in with your CNIC and provide personal details.
3. Select “Post‑RN BSN” under local degree equivalence.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
Prepare clear, scanned copies of:
· Matric certificate
· F.Sc (Pre‑Medical) or equivalent
· Nursing diploma(s) & certificate(s)
· Midwifery/specialty diploma
· PNC registration
· Transcripts showing requisite subjects (especially if you followed the Science-to-diploma sequence) , Domicile, CNIC, experience letter
· Passport-sized photos
Optional: If your F.Sc is foreign (like A-Levels), also include an IBCC equivalence certificate.
