Step-by-Step Procedure to Obtain the Grading Letter – Kuwait
If you are applying from Kuwait, follow the steps below carefully to receive your attested Grading Letter:
Prepare Your Grading Letter (DOC Format)
Prepare the Grading Letter in Microsoft Word (DOC format) only. Avoid uploading JPG, PDF, or image formats – these will be rejected.Upload to OEC Portal
Upload your Grading Letter to the OEC (Overseas Employment Corporation) Pakistan portal. Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.Forwarding to the Embassy of Pakistan (Kuwait)
Once submitted, the OEC Pakistan forwards the document directly to the Embassy of Pakistan in Kuwait.Embassy Attestation and Printing
The Embassy prints and attests the document. This is the only required attestation; no need for MOFA or any additional stamps.Collect Your Grading Letter
After attestation, collect your document from the Embassy of Pakistan – Kuwait.Submit to MOH Kuwait
Once collected, submit your attested Grading Letter to the MOH Kuwait for CSC approval and licensing.
