✅ Required Original Documents for MOFA Attestation

🔰 For BSN Graduates (Generic/Post RN):

1. 10th Grade Certificate

2. 12th Grade Certificate (for Generic BSN)

3. General Nursing Diploma (for Post RN)

4. Specialization Diploma (for Post RN)

5. BSN Degree Certificate

6. BSN Transcript

7. MSN Degree (if applicable)

8. MSN Transcript (if applicable)

9. All Post-Graduation Experience Letters

10. Pakistan Police Clearance Certificate
    

🔰 For Diploma Nurses:

1. 10th Grade Certificate

2. 3-Year Diploma in Nursing

3. All Marksheets for the 3-Year Nursing Diploma

4. Any Specialization Diploma

5. Marksheet for Specialization

6. All Experience Letters (MOFA does not accept "Till Date" experiences)

7. Pakistan Police Clearance Certificate

NOTE: Only original documents are accepted for attestation. Color copies are not valid.

🕒 MOFA Kuwait Branch Timings & Location

📍 Location:
Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Shuwaikh Office

🕘 Timings:

• Sunday to Thursday

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (timings may vary slightly, please confirm locally)
  

💰 MOFA Attestation Fees & Payment Instructions

• Fee: 5 KD per document

• Payment Method:

  • KNET via the Sahel App (سهل)

  • MOFA does NOT accept cash, especially if you have more than 5 documents

  • Pay the total fee through the Sahel application, take a screenshot of the QR code on the payment receipt and show it at the MOFA counter

  • Upon submission, MOFA will give you a receipt/number, and you can collect your documents after a couple of days by presenting that number

📌 Important Tip:
If you are new in Kuwait and don’t have Sahel App or KNET, kindly take help from your colleagues or volunteers who can assist you in completing the payment.

📝 Submission Options

• You can visit MOFA in person
  OR

• Submit documents via your hospital volunteer (designated staff who collect and attest on your behalf)

Volunteers are collecting original documents and 5 KD per document. Kindly ensure that documents are submitted in good condition and organized clearly.

⚠️ Important Reminders

• Only attested documents are accepted for further processing by MOH and other Kuwait authorities

• Make sure all experience letters are dated with a proper end date (no "Till Date" will be accepted)

• Always keep a copy of the payment receipt and QR code screenshot

• Collect the attested documents using the number given by MOFA
